bio

Clover Ebi was captain of Atlas’ Ace Operatives and luckiest man on Remnant - until he wasn’t. The night Salem attacked Atlas, he made the choice to follow General Ironwood's orders to arrest Qrow Branwen. In the following altercation with Qrow and Robyn Hill, he was killed by Tyrian Callows, who had used the chaos to escape. In the chaos of the attack on Atlas, Salem took Clover's dead body for her own experiments.Clover was revived, but he was no longer completely human. He was not quite the mindless creature the Hound was. Parts of his humanity remained, like his intelligence, and his skill and knowledge from his years as an Atlesian Ace Operative. Other parts of his humanity had been ripped away and replaced with Grimm.He was bloodthirsty, craving the same negativity his fellow Grimm did. He could sense it, but where most Grimm mindlessly attacked, Clover found he could terrify people, drag it out to get more of the negativity he craved. He didn't just crave it - he needed it. Too long, and he started to get anxious, angry, and grow weaker. However, if he got enough of it, he grew stronger, his wounds healed faster.His aura and his semblance had all but vanished with most of his humanity. He could use negativity like fear and pain to heal himself, but he no longer had the protection of aura or his semblance to rely on. His heart no longer beat, his skin was pale white and cold to the touch, and he was no longer vulnerable to cold or physical hunger. Sharpened teeth and claws meant he no longer needed to rely on a weapon, but with the new abilities and strengths came one major weakness. Just like any other Grimm, Clover is vulnerable to silver eyes.
